I started OfficeSide Solutions after seeing how easily the back office can overwhelm small business owners. Working closely with trades contractors in Southwest Florida showed me what happens when invoices, unanswered emails, and bookkeeping keep piling up.
The problem wasn't the work. It was everything around it. Billing that went out late. Customers left waiting. Books that were always a mess come tax season. These are solvable problems — they just need someone in the seat to handle them consistently.
That's what I do. I step in as your back office: answering the emails, running the invoices, keeping the books clean, and making sure customers hear back in time. You focus on your business. I keep the back office moving.

I get access to your QuickBooks, email, and any other tools you use. I map your workflow, ask a few questions, and we're off. Usually takes less than a week from contract to first tasks handled.
Check-ins happen on your schedule. You get updates when something needs your eye — otherwise, it's handled.
Most clients are up and running within a week of that first call.
